Aquasun Energy provides solar panel installation and energy consultancy/audit services across Ethiopia. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We offer:
• Solar panel design, supply, and installation
• Energy audits and consultancy for residential and commercial properties
All work is carried out by our qualified technicians. Scope, timelines, and costs are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Quotes & payments
• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• A deposit may be required before installation commences.
• Full payment is due upon project completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Warranties
• We guarantee our installation workmanship for 12 months from completion.
• Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and passed on to you.
• Warranties are void if equipment is tampered with by a third party.
5. Cancellations
If you cancel after work has begun, you are liable for costs incurred up to that point. We will provide a written breakdown on request.
6. Liability
Aquasun Energy is not liable for losses arising from misuse of installed equipment, third-party interference, or events outside our control (force majeure).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
